Job Title: Lead – BA (LogiNext) Work Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 7-10 years of hands-on expertise as a Business Analyst and a strong background in logistics, SaaS product configurations, and SDLC processes. The role involves managing the configuration, maintenance, and end-user support of LogiNext applications, ensuring seamless functionality and integration of the SaaS platform. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, change management, and quality assurance to support business needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Configuration, Maintenance, and End-User Support:
- Configure and customize LogiNext SaaS products to meet business and cross-functional requirements.
- Manage and maintain external service integrations, such as SMS and Email.
- Perform UI enhancements and front-end changes based on business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product configuration issues effectively.
- Simulate production issues on UAT for further analysis and coordinate with the OEM for resolution.
- Configure and maintain master data at the product level.
- Facilitate problem-solving and troubleshooting sessions with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with OEMs for ticket resolution and extended support.
- Provide proactive and responsive end-user support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure alignment with MOVIN’s change management processes.
- Create and manage Change Requests (CRs) within ITSM tools and track approvals.
- Participate in and contribute to functional, integration, API, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate API responses to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address defects.
- Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Tech Lead in IT application support, with expertise in logistics and SaaS product configuration.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics processes and SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in UI enhancements, front-end changes, and master data management.
- Experience with integration services (SMS, Email) and API testing.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools for Change Management.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve application configuration issues.
- SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Testing Skills: Experience in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with business users, QA teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with OEMs and business stakeholders.
- Experience in managing SaaS products within the logistics domain.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and change management processes.
- Hands-on experience with API validation and quality assurance workflows.
