We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Ad Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and growing ad sales in the LATAM and SEA regions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ad revenue in the LATAM and SEA regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in target markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in ad sales, specifically in the LATAM and SEA regions.
- Candidates should have proven experience in performance ad sales
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, display, and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or other relevant languages is a plus.
