Job Highlights: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) Hybrid work model Good benefits and incentives, including medical & insurance benefit Annual leave starts with 15 days, up to a maximum of 30 days Exam and Study leave with conditions apply Friendly and positive working environment & work-life balance Great career advancement and opportunities Responsibilities: Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc. Experience in VCC Management is preferable Maintenance of statutory registers & records Perform electronic filing with ACRA Provide advice on compliance requirements Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements (including deadlines) by both the company and clients Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents You will assist a Manager/Supervisor in handling clients’ portfolio, including liaising with auditors Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Law preferable Work experience in a law firm or an accounting firm would be an added advantage Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification (SAICSA) would be advantageous Proficiency with Microsoft Office Must be initiative, multi-tasking, work independently, hardworking, and meet tight deadlines Good interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients) Immediate availability is preferred Singaporean or P.R. only Rewards you deserve: Attractive remuneration package plus overtime commission Medical and insurance coverage Collaborate with a strong, dynamic team Working side by side with talented individuals Always new and exciting projects Office in the CBD area A super fun and dynamic company culture Career advancement Benefits: Annual Leaves, Birthday Leave, Exam and Study Leave, Company Anniversary Leave, CPF, AWS, etc. Others: Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 9.00am to 4.00pm (Friday)#J-18808-Ljbffr
