This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape data solutions, deliver data-driven insights, and help global clients make better business decisions. With offices in Bristol, Dorset, Southampton, and Somerset, this is your chance to be a part of a truly ground breaking venture. These roles are fully remote, with all travel expenses covered for occasional trips to attend Engineering and Product Meetups at our office locations. About the Job As a member of the product team, you’ll work in close partnership with product managers, designers, and developers to guide the development of innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives. You’ll work with the team to identify and deliver the technology, tools, and insights required to make better product decisions and improve operational efficiency. Your ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively will be key. The role requires a good balance of critical thinking, project management skills, commercial acumen, and technical understanding to deliver valuable and feasible products at scale. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets, from multiple sources, to understand user behaviour, product performance, and market trends. Set – and monitor - clear KPIs and metrics to product success and inform product decisions. Product Tech Stack: Familiarity with rationalising, implementing, and building team engagement with a unified product tech stack. Product Instrumentation: The ability to map instrumentation tools to the product suite enabling robust user telemetry data to inform decisions. Strategic Recommendations: Identify growth opportunities and areas for product improvement based on data analysis and industry research. Provide recommendations on product enhancements, feature prioritisation, and user experience improvements. Customer Feedback: Build a process to capture, triage, aggregate, and report back to customers on their product input. Market and Competitor Analysis: In collaboration with Product Marketing, support regular analysis on market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. Process Optimisation: Skills in identifying bottlenecks in product development processes and implementing improvements to enhance team efficiency and product delivery. Project Management: Capability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and meet business objectives. Change Management: Experience in managing and facilitating changes while minimizing disruption to product teams and operations. Desired Experience Analytical Skills: High proficiency with analytical tools. Strong ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets to derive meaningful insights. Knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing).Experience with BI tools (Preferably Power BI) and data warehousing solutions. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of SaaS products and related technologies to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams and understand technical constraints. Product Understanding: Solid understanding of SaaS product lifecycle and metrics. Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and communicate findings. Product Telemetry: Experience implementing and leveraging product telemetry to support better decision making. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Strong writing skills for creating clear and concise reports and documentation. Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment with strong self-management skills including organisation, attention to detail, and time management. Business & Commercial Acumen: Understanding of B2B market dynamics and business models. Ability to align data analysis with strategic business goals. Agile Methodologies: Embraces an iterative process that allows for continuous improvement in both product development and the collaborative process. Experience working within Agile / Scrum frameworks, with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs. Benefits Package:
