Responsibilities:- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
- Take lead on projects, as needed.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
Job Specification
- Strong concepts of OOP.
- Proficient in PHP / Laravel Framework / Wordpress Development.
- Experienced in building web-based applications and scripts with proven portfolio work.
- Experience in building modern web services using XML, REST, SOAP compatible with Mobile App platforms.
- Knowledge of Codeigniter / Magento / Joomla / Drupal is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
- Experience in integrating different web services.
- Experience in common third-party APIs (Amazon, Google, Facebook, 2checkout, Zendesk, Ebay, etc).
- Should be able to work independently and as a team player.
