Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Support teams while also driving employee engagement initiatives. This hybrid role combines the strategic and operational aspects of recruitment with the creativity and interpersonal skills required for fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Key Roles and Responsibilities- Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,
- and onboarding for roles in Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate
- profiles.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and
- other innovative channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and
- feedback.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and
- inclusive workplace.
- Organize events such as team-building activities, cultural celebrations, wellness
- programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and collaborate with HR to address areas
- of improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting an open and supportive work
- environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to align engagement strategies with organizational
- goals.
- Create and share content related to employee achievements and events for internal
- communication platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fostering employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and engagement tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
