Job details
Responsible for overall Electrical, Mechanical & Civil works of building. Overall electrical maintenance operations. Electric networks & wires work. Provides lighting by maintaining electrical lighting fixtures.
- Provides engineering support by responding to requests for mechanical and electrical problems.
- Troubleshooting breakdowns and maintaining supplies.
- Performing preventive equipment maintenance and calling for repairs.
- Safety Management.
- Power Generators, chillers, AC Units & Lift Operations.
- Look after HVAC system and air-cooled reciprocating compressor.
- Generator: 4 MW.
- Lift operation: 11 FLOOR.
- Escalator work.
- Plumbing work.
Job Specification
- Ability to deal with electric troubleshooting.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience with Commercial Buildings, Malls, Hotels, or Hospitals.
