Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with expertise in Public Relations and Media to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various PR and Media positions, including but not limited to, PR managers, media planners, content creators, and communication specialists.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the PR and Media industry.
2. Source and identify candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
5. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
6. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Keep recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems up to date.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of recruitment experience, particularly in PR and Media roles.
2. Experience working with recruitment firms, RPO, or international clients is an advantage.
3. In-depth understanding of the PR and Media landscape.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
6. Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
