- USA & AUS Salary/performance reviews / bonus analysis
- Budgets/forecasts (Corporate) - dept & each company. Develop a process to measure actuals against budgets.
- AUS Inventory “holes” & other companies
- USA revenue before & after the license accounting treatment change
- USA life to date - also “formal” record for future accounting with PatronTek
- MAC & UK Bravo analysis separately
