About the Role Position: Administration & Accounting Support Type: Full-time (Remote, Work-from-Home) Shift: Day Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm PHST) Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and a passion for streamlining operations? This role offers a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience while working with a collaborative team that values adaptability and excellence. As part of our Support Services team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workflows, systems, and communications run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the accounting team with billing and client management.
- Prepare and format reports and other documentation.
- Maintain and update client and job records for data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with internal accounting tasks and finance processes.
- Provide administrative support to streamline daily operations.
- Help improve processes and implement best practices within the firm.
- Collaborate on internal projects to adapt and optimise for industry changes.
