About the role The role focuses on building strategic alliances with industry leaders and innovative start-ups to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing alliance marketing P&L, negotiating partnerships, conducting market research, and tracking performance. The ideal candidate has minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage and grow partnerships. Key Responsibilities ● Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with established leaders ● Own the alliance marketing P&L thereby ensuring revenue growth through new and existing partnerships ● Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management ● Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company ● Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships ● Tracking and reporting on alliances’ performance and ROI What are we looking for ● Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (in executive alliance or partnership roles)● Strong communication and presentation skills ● Proven ability towards constructive networking ● Strong planning, project, and organizational skills ● Exceptional negotiation skills
