We are seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation and Benefits Officer to lead our compensation and budget management and payroll operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional responsible for managing executive compensation, leading the payroll team, and managing employee tax and government benefits administration. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility to report in Taguig or Alabang and partial remote work. Qualifications:
- Compensation management and benefits administration skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across levels in the organization
- Affinity for data analytics, technology savvy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of government benefits, labor laws and regulations
- Experience in Payroll administration
