Job Description Satoshi Gaming Group is a blockchain gaming startup founded in 2017. We use innovative blockchain technologies to revolutionize the gaming industry and have launched more than 5 games so far, with users from 160+ countries. This is a remote WORK FROM HOME position. Highlights:

- Assisting our global customer base via Live Chat and Email.
- Supporting customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification, and game history.
- Collecting feedback from players in order to improve user experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Japanese (N1 or native speaker).
- Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service.
- Ability to problem solve and find a resolution.
- Interest in blockchain/gaming.
- Excellent written communication skills in another language.
- Competent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
