Job Description Satoshi Gaming Group is a blockchain gaming startup founded in 2017. We use innovative blockchain technologies to revolutionize the gaming industry and have launched more than 5 games so far, with users from 160+ countries. This is a remote WORK FROM HOME position. Highlights:

We're looking for teammates passionate about blockchain/gaming and making the world better with technology. Who We Are Looking For: A Marketing Assistant (English & Japanese are required) to join our Marketing team. We are keen to welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality service whilst working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting our global customer base via Live Chat and Email.
  2. Supporting customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification, and game history.
  3. Collecting feedback from players in order to improve user experience.
Required:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Japanese (N1 or native speaker).
  2. Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service.
  3. Ability to problem solve and find a resolution.
  4. Interest in blockchain/gaming.
Preferred:
  1. Excellent written communication skills in another language.
  2. Competent literacy and numeracy skills.
  3. Experience in a customer-facing role.
