Job Duties The Experienced Manager will participate in and lead the following job duties as directed:
- Strategy, Requirements & Selection: Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for new and existing D365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Documentation: Document existing enterprise business applications, business processes, and user personas impacted by D365 and Power Platform.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within current systems, focusing on D365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Future State Design: Develop and present future state options for client evaluation, leveraging D365 and Power Platform features.
- Security Best Practices: Understand and implement security structures and best practices specific to D365 and Power Platform.
- Evaluation Metrics: Design scorecards and dashboards for evaluating potential business applications within the D365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Solution Functional Design: Business Process Design: Perform functional design for business processes using D365 and Power Platform to maximize business value and agility.
- Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of D365 and Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
- Consulting : Client Engagement: Gain a deep understanding of client needs and propose solutions that leverage D365 and Power Platform to exceed expectations.
- Program & Project Management: Project Documentation: Document and maintain project milestones, phases, and budgets specific to D365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring successful delivery of D365 and Power Platform solutions.
- User Support: Develop user documentation and provide training and support for D365 and Power Platform users.
- Implementation and Support: Functional Support: Provide ongoing functional support for D365 and Power Platform solutions, managing issues and change requests.
- System Configuration: Perform system configuration tasks for D365 and Power Platform workstreams as required.
- Business Development and Account Management Identifies new business development opportunities.
- Leads and supports scoping and estimating of new opportunities.
- Serves as escalation contact for client satisfaction and delivery issues.
- Co-owns client relationship management.
- Organizational Leadership Participates in practice leadership and best practices definition.
- Supports new go-to-market service offerings.
- Defines new delivery capabilities and associated templates and accelerators.
- Participates in practice recruiting.
- Defines supporting learning and development frameworks.
- Serves as mentor, manager, and career coach for EBA team members.
- Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the team.
- Working Environment: Hybrid Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Other duties as required.
- Owns and drives completion of projects and large key workstreams within as directed by practice leaders.
- Manages projects and larger workstreams as directed.
- Reviews quality of team deliverables
- Mentors and develops senior consultants.
- Fourteen (14) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience with ERP or CRM Product, required.
- Client facing best practice consulting experience, required.
- One or more current certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform, such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Additional certifications in related technologies, preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), required.
- Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required.
- Smartsheet, preferred.
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce), preferred.
- ERP Experience (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, NetSuite, or Acumatica), preferred.
- Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, preferred.
- Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills, preferred.
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment, preferred.
