This is a fully remote contract position and it will need to be executed between 5pm to 1am IST Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Email Marketing Copywriter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll craft compelling email campaigns that engage audiences, drive conversions, and help our clients achieve their marketing objectives. You’ll work closely with our Email Marketing Specialist, Growth Marketers, and Creative team to develop email content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voices. Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and automated sequences.
  • Develop strong subject lines and preview text that drive high open rates while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visual elements work together seamlessly.
  • Create and maintain brand voice guides for email communications across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct A/B testing of email copy and analyze results to optimize performance.
  • Work with marketing strategists to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective messaging.
  • Edit and proofread all email content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay current with email marketing trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience writing marketing copy, with at least 2 years focused on email marketing.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of anti-spam legislation and other email marketing regulations.
