What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced revenue leader to shape our revenue organisation and scale revenue to the next level. This role will be responsible for the results of our US & EU Account Executive Teams. The role will involve owning the performance and growth of this revenue unit, as well as leading, coaching and developing a team of talented front line managers. As a senior leader on the ground in Dublin, you will also set the tone and shape the culture and community of the office as we scale our operations. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Own and execute the strategy for revenue growth for our ‘eComm’ and Amazon AE teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion.
- Responsible for the performance of New Business AE teams, ensuring consistency in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to address any areas of underperformance.
- Drive consistent performance across all sales activities, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and achieves high standards of excellence.
- Establish robust sales processes and frameworks that enable the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Elevate our brand in each region, and establish our company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, partnerships, finance and marketing teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Provide direct coaching and mentoring to a team of front line AE Managers.
- Foster a culture of continuous development and high performance.
- Experience leading teams of AE’s and Sales Managers.
- Experience in leading sales teams through transition from Series B to Series C and beyond.
- Proven track record of growing revenue, achieving ambitious revenue targets, and building and scaling an efficient sales engine.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales practices and principles with a proven track record of coaching and developing sales executives into top performers.
- Proven experience developing and executing a new business sales strategy.
- Inspirational leader, with an ability to set a vision, secure buy in from your team and influence their motivation towards achieving the goals that are set.
- 8+ years of relevant sales leadership experience, with 5 years of second line leadership.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions.
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce and revenue based financing industry, including the competitive landscape.
- Work remotely abroad for up to 60 days a year.
