What you will be responsible for: Based on the company's business needs, plan and build the global after-sales service capabilities of the company's software and hardware products, including but not limited to the construction of a global after-sales team, spare parts warehousing and logistics network, and third-party cooperation team network; Formulate and optimize the company's after-sales processes and policies, plan the implementation of digital service plans, organize and output business needs, and realize the construction of the company's after-sales operation and maintenance integrated platform; Responsible for organizing and preparing the department's after-sales service work plan, and overall coordinating and managing the company's overall after-sales revenue and costs. Responsible for the company's daily after-sales operation management, such as providing technical consultation and answers, coordinating customer disputes or controversial events; Coordinate production and sales resources to ensure that customer service strategies and activities are in line with the company's goals; Develop and manage national maintenance outlets and outsourced maintenance teams to ensure the quality and production capacity of maintenance products, and coordinate the company's engineering and R&D resources to provide customers and maintenance outlets with adequate technical support; Conduct multi-dimensional data statistics on repaired products, feed back valuable data to engineering and R&D, and promote product quality improvement; Daily management of the after-sales team, coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials, improving after-sales work methods, and ensuring that after-sales work is carried out in an orderly manner; Control the time cycle of each after-sales link to achieve the after-sales TAT target. How you will stand out: Good educational background, electronics or computer major is preferred; More than 8 years of experience in after-sales and maintenance management of consumer electronics products, and experience in actually participating in global after-sales service management; Have more than 3 years of team management experience, strong team management capabilities, and be good at team motivation and employee training; Excellent customer orientation, good communication skills and problem-solving abilities; Aftersales experience with mobile phone/server products is an advantage.
