As the Senior Rewards Manager , you will be a key driver in developing and executing reward strategies. You'll own the full lifecycle of initiatives-managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations-and have the opportunity to present your work at the board level. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will manage two direct reports and play a pivotal role in shaping future initiatives. This role is based in Citywest and offers hybrid working with the option to work 4 days per week. The Position
- Develop a Reward & Benefits strategy based on market insights to evolve the total reward offering in line with market trends and support the business plan.
- Lead the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews, bonus plans, and market benchmarking.
- Collaborate with People Partners and Functional Managers to support the colleague life cycle and foster an inclusive culture.
- Partner with business leadership teams to understand organisational change requirements, define target structures, and align to service models.
- Benchmark reward packages against the market to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
- Continuously improve and streamline reward processes.
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to align reward initiatives with business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic reward advice to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with the overall People Proposition.
- Extensive experience in developing reward models, benchmarking, and crafting competitive total reward packages.
- Experience in a large, complex multi-national organisation or a major remuneration consulting firm is preferred.
- Expertise in reward management across executive to operational levels, with knowledge of best practices and policies.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and manage complex projects effectively.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior management with confidence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on HR or a related field.
- Experience managing benefit programs and working in matrix organisations.
- Proven experience as a People Manager, fostering team development and growth.
