Job Title : Workday Functional Consultant Experience: 5+years Location : PAN India Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Workday implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements.
- Configure and optimize Workday modules.
- Oversee testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Design reports and dashboards within Workday.
- Manage data migration and system upgrades.
- Recommend process improvements and ensure alignment with best practices.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday, including configuration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certifications (HCM, Payroll, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with Workday reporting, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
- Workday certifications preferred.
