As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
  3. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available listings.
  4. Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  5. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing properties.
