What you'll do As the Content Specialist at Wayflyer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage and connect with our audience through compelling, high-quality content. You’ll be responsible for creating content that aligns with our SEO and brand strategy, supports demand generation efforts and builds trust with our target audience. This is a hands-on role where your contributions will directly impact organic traffic growth and help establish Wayflyer as a thought leader in the space.

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, brand voice and audience needs
  • Create and optimise a variety of content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership pieces, infographics and more
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimised for search engines, targeting high-value keywords and driving organic traffic growth
  • Support demand generation efforts by creating conversion-focused content for campaigns, landing pages and lead magnets
  • Partner with the social media team to create engaging content for social platforms that drives traffic and builds community
  • Set up and maintain a publishing cadence to ensure content is created and distributed regularly, helping to build trust and long-term relationships with our audience
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement, using insights to inform future content creation and strategy
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity and audience needs to keep Wayflyer’s content fresh and relevant
Knowledge, skills and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging, high-quality content across different formats (e.g., blogs, case studies, thought leadership)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience creating content that drives organic traffic growth
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure content performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including SEO, demand gen, and social media
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on using insights to continually improve content performance
