Job Title : Production System Integration Engineer Responsibilities: Design and implement:Plan, design, and implement complex systems and technical services Troubleshoot, analyze and debug issues that arise during system integration Documentation of technical data, such as test procedures and performance specifications Monitor performance:Monitor system performance and make changes as needed Work with IT and business teams to establish integration processes and standards Use complex problem-solving skills to integrate legacy systems with newer technologies Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality system product development Test and validate:Ensure rigorous testing and validation processes are in place Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support audit functions. Analyse Production equipment/system malfunctions and develop corrective actions. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce system failures. Work with management to develop system improvement plan & budget. Provide urgent/ad-hoc support for troubleshooting system, even during off-office hours, so as to achieve continuous running of the Production. Test and approve new systems before commissioning. Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity. Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management. Requirements: Minimum Degree in IT fields, Engineering or equivalent At least 3-5 years’ experience in Semiconductor testing in System integration. Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen) and demonstrate resource planning capability Experienced engineer or IT system engineering professional who is highly effective working in a team-oriented matrix organization. Must have proven skills effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis, on system & IT management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
