Our client is a distributor of automotive and industrial solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications, network devices, desktops, mobile devices, and remote devices. Ensure automatic system backups, successful execution of recovery and disaster recovery plans, application of patches, and closely monitor system resource usage. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). Research and source products, solutions, and vendors for ongoing projects. Requirements: Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Skilled in enterprise networking, with expertise in WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization, implementation, and support. Knowledgeable about Alcatel PABX, FortiGate devices, Cisco Systems, and Unifi Wireless AP Controllers.
