JOB SUMMARY To plan and manage Marketing and Communications initiatives for Thomson Medical Group, Thomson Medical Pte Ltd and its associated subsidiaries. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities. Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, keyword-optimized content that aligns with business goals. Develop content strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates. Technical SEO: Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical performance. User Tracking, Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor website performance and user behaviour by using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Provide detailed reports on SEO metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement. Data-Led Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute data-led, 360 marketing campaigns, including PPC and social media ads, to complement organic efforts. Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing techniques. Others: Any other initiatives, new business or tasks as assigned by the HOD. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Grade A in English Language (GP or A-Levels). Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing, with proven track record of driving significant traffic and conversions through organic and paid efforts. Experience in healthcare or related sector advantageous. Proficiency in SEO tools e.g. GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs. Knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms like ContentStack, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze or equivalent. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and data-driven marketing. Strong writing and editing skills. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed. Energetic, driven, adaptable, proactive and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines.
