We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team and play a key role in providing HR support and expertise across various functions. This role will focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Relations, HR Policy Management, and collaboration with other HR divisions such as Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Learning & Development (L&D), and Organizational Development. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to line managers, providing guidance and support on HR matters that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Ensure the recruitment process is efficient and meets workforce planning needs. Employee Relations & Engagement Address complex employee relations issues with a strategic focus, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Implement and support employee engagement strategies that improve job satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational culture. Oversee exit interviews, identify key trends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve retention. HR Operations Assist in resolving HR issues, provide solutions to address challenges, and contribute to continuous process improvement to enhance HR operations. Review HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance HR service delivery. Collaborate with other HR divisions (C&B, L&D and Org Development) to ensure an integrated and seamless approach to HR services. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and industry regulations, maintaining adherence to best practices. Continuously review and update HR policies to ensure they are relevant, clear, and aligned with the organizational values and legal requirements. HR Projects and Initiatives Assist to lead HR projects to support the organization’s HR strategy. Analyse HR data to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements. Key Requirements: A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant tertiary education. At least 8 years of HR experience, with 3-4 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner role. Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Fluency in Mandarin (preferred) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Why Join Us?
