Job Description Senior Program Manager – Financial Technology Implementation Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 SGD + Bonus Singapore based Hybrid / Remote + Some Travel. World-class, global fintech seeking a Professional Services Program Manager with financial systems / software implementation experience. This is an additional growth position to work with a best-in-breed PM team delivering enterprise scale implementations and client-facing projects. Role: Overseeing implementations of complex enterprise-level software solutions for clients. Working on core software replacement projects. Leading the delivery across a multi-functional project team consisting of application consultants and technical consultants. Collaborating with client-side project team, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery, product development, and/or other cross-functional teams. Potentially strategizing, directing, and driving the work of the overall program. Managing and aligning client expectations to the solution strategy. Liaison between technical and non-technical teams. Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of Senior PM or Program Management experience in an external client-facing role on large-scale projects of minimum $5m in value. You must have experience leading client-facing software implementations in FS / Capital Markets / Fintech. Familiarity with project management standards, processes, procedures, methodologies, and life cycles. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent advanced skills with project management software. Understanding of forecasting and financials is a prerequisite. Excellent presenting skills. Flexibility to work in different time zones. Ideally, knowledge of Treasury or Risk Management in Banking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
