Responsible for selling toothpick services and meeting customers' needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential users. They ensure that the user is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

  • Generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested by the Sales Lead.
  • Understand and promote Toothpick products and services.
  • Visit dental clinics and potential dentists to check their needs and promote Toothpick products and services.
What we’ll need/expect from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Bachelor's of Dental Surgery.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and in strategy development.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
