SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED STUDENT CARE CENTRE MANAGER (SERANGOON) Location: Islandwide Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time Level: Executive Experience: 2 years Sector: Education and Training Salary: $2,500 to $3,800 Monthly Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a school-based student care centre Liaise with HQ, parents, and school regarding students and Centre matters Mentor, lead, and motivate staff in their work Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per set curriculum Plan for manpower and logistics Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals of enrolment, and fees assistance schemes Maintain updated records of students' profiles and finance matters Handle enquiries and provide regular feedback Other related duties as assigned by the Superior Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten Polytechnic Diploma and above Possess good communication skills Meticulous and able to multi-task Working Hours: During normal school term: 10am to 7pm (Mon to Fri) During school holidays: 9 hours shift between 7.30am to 7pm (Mon to Fri) Company Overview: We are a joint venture company owned by the four Self Help Groups ("SHGs") namely, CDAC, Yayasan Mendaki, SINDA, and Eurasian Association.
