BIM Engineers (Specializing in MEP / Architecture / Building / Structural)

Responsibilities: Responsible for creating the Building Information Models, providing necessary support and advisory to operations and tenders. Handle Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings, work collectively and in parallel to resolve identified design and construction issues instantly using BIM models, and mitigate latency in decision making and responses. Assist in E&M services coordination and MEP Modular design. Create and maintain Model Families of Components and ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the BIM model. Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects. Maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with different stakeholders including consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects. Requirements: Possess any of the following Degrees or related field: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Civil & Structural Engineering Architecture Possess any of the following Specialist Diploma conferred by Building and Construction Authority will have an added advantage: Building Information Modelling (SDBIM) Virtual Design & Construction (SDVDC) Experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical planning, or engineering. Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, etc.). Knowledge of 2 or more Electrical or Mechanical services design, installation methods, and code of practice in authority submission will be an added advantage. Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently. Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
