Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues with manual, automatic, CVT, and dual-clutch transmission systems using advanced diagnostic tools. Perform transmission rebuilds, overhauls, and replacements, ensuring optimal performance by installing repaired units, replacing fluids, and making necessary adjustments. Conduct road tests or coordinate with test technicians to verify repairs, ensuring quality and accuracy. Communicate repair findings and solutions clearly to customers, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. Maintain inventory of technician tools, stay updated on transmission technology advancements, and collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery. Requirements 3 years of experience as an automotive transmission mechanic, specialist, and/or technician. Extensive knowledge of manual, automatic, CVT, and dual-clutch transmission systems.
