Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in promoting our business consultancy services, which include accounting, corporate secretarial, and other professional business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand growth and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify growth opportunities in the local market and position the company as a leader in business consultancy services. Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness and maintain a strong brand presence through innovative campaigns and consistent messaging. Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring they effectively communicate our value proposition. Digital Marketing and Content Development: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Create and oversee content strategies for blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media platforms. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Identify and target prospective clients, developing campaigns tailored to their needs. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with client acquisition goals. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Use data analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives. Foster collaboration between the marketing team and other departments, such as sales and operations. Lead and manage marketing strategies tailored to the needs of Chinese clients, ensuring effective engagement and relationship building. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the business consultancy sector or related professional services industry. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to drive strategic decisions. Familiarity with local market regulations and trends in accounting and corporate secretarial services is a plus. Proficiency in Mandarin and a deep understanding of Chinese market preferences to effectively serve and communicate with Chinese clients.
