Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Jeddah 1st Industrial Area) Position Summary Assurance of finished product quality and food safety for all company SKUs (FSMS). Protect and keep the QMS (quality monitoring scheme) active and updated. Guarantee all company FP consistent quality and ensure full customer satisfaction and compliance with Nestlé/legal standards. Handle all critical quality complaints from customers and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure all factory RM is in line with company quality standards. Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain competencies, quality awareness, and commitment to zero defects in the factory.
  • Implement, manage, enforce, and maintain the Water Operation Standard (WOS) requirements.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of the factory laboratories, including personnel safety, availability of equipment, and training of technicians.
  • Ensure the correct implementation and maintenance of NGMP, Pest Control, and LHP.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of QMS, share awareness, and follow corrective actions in case of deviations across the factory premises.
  • Maintain full compliance of products to ensure customer satisfaction and satisfy the SFDA and other third parties.
  • Manage the internal auditing program and assess the performance of the FSSC.
  • Contribute effectively to continuous improvement programs and I&R initiatives.
Experience & Requirements
  1. BSc degree in food safety, chemical, biochemical, or medical engineering.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in QA or food safety.
  3. Line management experience with demonstrated capability to lead others.
