ESD/Sustainability Design Consultant (Engineering Consultancy)

Technical Skills: Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal or external design teams and coordinate effectively with in-house engineers, environmental consultants, and graphic teams. Develop ESD/Environmental-feasibility designs, proposals, and analysis within agreed timelines. Maintain project oversight and provide regular progress updates to project managers or line managers. Manage and deliver Green Rating projects across various schemes (e.g., Green Mark, LEED). Conduct simulations, including energy modeling, CFD, and daylighting analysis. Commit to ongoing professional development across relevant disciplines. Demonstrate a solid understanding of environmental design, sustainability benchmarks, building energy optimization, daylight and shading design, sustainable systems, materials, waste management, and building physics. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil/Environmental Engineering or related design discipline. Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant working experience. Project Exposure – Commercial, Civic/Adaptive Resource, Nature, Public-Private. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), and Rhino is highly desirable. Demonstrates a strong passion for environmental and energy-efficient design. Experience working on a diverse range of projects. Possesses practical knowledge of project workflows alongside familiarity with project management tools. Comprehensive understanding of project deliverables for both public and private sector initiatives.
