We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will also play a key role in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a harmonious work environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the work of the HR Personnel team and maintain the workflow function.
  2. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Manage and resolve employee grievances, investigations, and make recommendations for disciplinary actions.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  6. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and communicate any updates to management and employees.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  9. Prepare and submit reports on HR activities to senior management on a regular basis.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee relations.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Strong knowledge in government platforms.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  11. Fluency in English and Arabic.
