Lead and deliver in all aspects of Cost management from inception of a project through to completion, dealing simultaneously with a number of projects varying complexity.
Provide cost analysis and reporting support to the project.
Drive process improvements and standardization of processes by reviewing estimates for project authorisation and monitoring, controlling and reporting on authorized projects in terms of cost history and forecast.
Manage the trend and change process, including review of change papers and preparation for Change Board
Maintain the overall cost database

Qualifications

Experience of undertaking costas part of integrated, multi-organization, collaborative teams
Project Controls experience
Ability to identify and influence key client stakeholders, building effective relationships to grow workload/portfolio
Degree educated
GCC experience preferred
20 years minimum experience
