Production Planning Engineer - Textile / Shoes

Production Planning:Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align production plans with business objectives.Inventory Management:Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components required for production.Process Optimization:Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze production data to track performance metrics and identify trends.Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and capacity utilization for management review.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any production-related issues.Quality Assurance:Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.Job Types: Full-time, InternshipContract length: 1 monthPay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 31/10/2024
