Construction Project ManagerCompany DescriptionDara Engineering Consultants is a 'Grade A' classified consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in the Architecture and Design field. The company offers full Architectural solutions to clients using international standards, covering a wide range of disciplines from Architecture to Construction Management. Dara Engineering Consultants is known for its passion for innovative materials, structures, and international design trends.This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Doha, Qatar.Role DescriptionPlan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include:Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.Coordinate and manage all project activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, and resource allocation.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, and address any issues that may arise.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs and specifications are being met and any changes are effectively communicated and implemented.Manage and report on project budget, expenses, and financial forecasting, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and regulations.Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure project objectives are met.Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs and expectations are being met throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsProven experience minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within High Rise Projects.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; PMP certification is a plus.Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials, as well as relevant regulations and quality standards from a developer side.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Proficient in project management software and tools, and experienced in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.Job Type: Full-time
