Solutions Architect (Hybrid)

InnoWave is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong focus on solution design, cloud platforms, and integration, ideally with a deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry. This is a Hybrid position for a client in Lisbon.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong focus on solution design, cloud platforms, and integration. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry, particularly in IT systems, CRM, sales, and service processes. Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Industries is highly desirable.Responsibilities:Design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives and leverage modern cloud platforms and integration patterns.Develop scalable and secure architectures for CRM, sales, and service systems in telecommunications.Lead solution workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.Oversee the integration of diverse systems, including CRM, billing, service platforms, and cloud ecosystems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation.Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements while adhering to industry best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.Skills:Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on solution design and cloud platforms.Strong knowledge of telecommunications IT systems, CRM, sales, and service processes.Proficiency in cloud platforms, including at least one major provider (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).Experience in system integration, including APIs, middleware, and enterprise service buses (ESB).Expertise in Salesforce, with a focus on Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) and Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds.Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and compliance standards in cloud environments.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Certifications in Salesforce Industries.Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of telecom-specific processes like order management, provisioning, and billing systems.Hands-on experience with enterprise integration tools such as Apigee or Tibco.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative and proactive approach to solution delivery.
