Job Description:
Setting the priorities, delegating, motivating and developing people, coaching them to become top performers and communicating objectives and goals.
Communicating points across, creating compelling presentations to support organizational goals and getting buy-in for ideas, inspiring others to achieve better results and demonstrating emotional intelligence.
Valuing and celebrating differences, building rapport, forming alliances and negotiating effectively.
Approaching problem solving logically, researching options, avoiding biases and focusing on meaningful data to draw the right conclusions even under pressure.
Grasping the scope and objectives of projects, recognizing the roles and responsibilities of others, using PM tools to stay on track and becoming an effective member of a cross-functional team.
