The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and delivering modern automation solutions across cloud platforms and security domains, including firewalls, endpoint remediation, phishing detection, and identity/access management (IAM). Responsibilities : Product Vision and Strategy : Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-enhanced automation systems, aligning with company goals and user needs. Focus on developing solutions for cloud environments and key security areas like firewalls, endpoint management, and IAM. Innovate and Build : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop advanced automation systems using AI and machine learning, covering areas like phishing remediation, permission management, cloud automation, and more. Cloud and Security Automation : Drive the creation of automation workflows tailored for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), firewalls, and security systems such as IAM, endpoint remediation, and phishing detection. AI-Driven Enhancements : Lead the integration of AI technologies to enhance the adaptability and intelligence of automation workflows, resulting in more dynamic and responsive systems. User-Centered Design : Prioritize user experience by incorporating modern UX/UI principles into automation products, ensuring ease of use, scalability, and high customer satisfaction. Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and tools. Customer Research and Feedback : Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to drive the continuous improvement and evolution of the automation platform. Optimize and Evolve : Continuously test, optimize, and evolve automation workflows for cloud workloads, security protocols, and account management systems to ensure reliability and scalability. Team Leadership and Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, sharing best practices in automation development, AI integration, and modern product management techniques. Documentation and Reporting : Ensure comprehensive documentation of automation systems, AI workflows, and user cases for transparency and internal knowledge-sharing. Skills and Qualifications: Product Management Expertise : Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on cloud automation, security systems, and AI-driven solutions. Innovative Mindset : Track record of building and launching forward-thinking automation products that redefine traditional workflows, especially in cloud security and AI. Cloud and Security Expertise : Extensive experience working with AWS, Azure, and security automation systems, including firewalls, endpoint remediation, phishing detection, IAM, and permissions management. AI and Machine Learning Integration : Experience building automation workflows that incorporate AI and machine learning to optimize operations, security, and account management. UI/UX Design Skills: Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles, ensuring automation products are both powerful and user-friendly. Development and Scripting Knowledge : Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, and YAML for building robust automation systems. Collaboration and Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, guiding the development and deployment of cutting-edge automation systems. Strategic Problem Solving : Ability to think strategically and use data-driven insights to shape product decisions and drive continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification is highly preferred. Experience with SOAR Platforms: Familiarity with PaloAlto XSOAR (formerly Demisto) and Splunk SOAR (formerly Phantom) is highly desirable. Advanced AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar for automation use cases mainly an understanding to help implement modern AI flows into various automation processes. DevOps and Cloud Automation: Experience with DevOps tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment and scaling especially around automating vulnerability / patch management.
