Job Role: Change And Release Manager Job Location: Delhi Exp Range: 4Years to 8Years Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
- Should have experience in Change and Release Management or any other related process
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and processes
- Very good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good reporting skills
- ITIL foundation certification
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of compute, cloud, virtualization & networking technologies
- Develop, Maintain and Enhance Change and Release Management processes and procedures
- Manage and coordinate change requests, assessments, and approvals
- Track change implementation and closure, during the life cycle of the change
- Conduct post implementation review, where required and document the learnings and improvements
- Develop and maintain release management plans and scheduled
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
- Generate and share relevant reporting on agreed frequency
- Ensure that the applicable SLA are safe guarded and achieved
