MYLAPS is a carbon neutral company where we have the responsibility to contribute to a better world. The role As a Sales Representative, you cover various territories within Japan. You will also get the chance to travel to the Netherlands for training and company events. Your customers and prospects are in motor, active, and precision sports, which include but are not limited to organizers and all types of sports-related events. Your primary goals are to keep our current customer base happy and engaged through regular contacts and ongoing introductions of new and enhanced products in our portfolio while hunting for new business opportunities within the region. Together with the Japan Team, you focus on customer satisfaction and growth. The Team is focused, takes charge, and possesses a great drive to be a winner in this industry. You liaise regularly with colleagues at our International Head office in The Netherlands and the other branch offices throughout the world. Your Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business by being the first point of contact for leads and prospects.
  2. Build efficient relationships with customers, federations, and other strategic players in the industry.
  3. Manage sales pipeline through Salesforce, lead generation, territory, and partner planning.
  4. Report to the General Manager of the Japanese office; you are responsible for all sales, support, and marketing activities in your region.
  5. Create strong brand awareness by working with all internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Maintain regular communication with the head office in the Netherlands, liaising with Support Engineers, Product Management, and the marketing team.
