Human Resources Manager

Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at PROTECTION TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN. BHD. in Melaka. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and processes to support the company's growth and success. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development. What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
3. Collaborating with the management team to identify and address workforce needs, and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
4. Managing the HR team and providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
5. Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations to the management team.
6. Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and supports employee wellbeing.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior human resources role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
2. Thorough understanding of human resources best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing HR team.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
6. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
