We seek an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical marketing efforts across Nigeria. In this critical role you will drive our pharmaceutical portfolios promotion and market expansion while ensuring strict adherence to ethical marketing practices and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a robust pharmaceutical brand management and sales background with demonstrated expertise in executing strategies that drive growth. This position requires a leader who can navigate the complexities of pharmaceutical marketing while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee countrywide marketing initiatives focusing on product differentiation. Ensure all activities align with corporate branding and provide actionable insights on market dynamics and evolving healthcare provider needs to optimise promotional strategies.
  • Design and implement datadriven national sales strategies to optimise revenue growth ensure market penetration and maximise the uptake of products within target areas
  • Lead and develop a highperforming team of sales representatives ensuring comprehensive training in clinical product knowledge adherence to ethical standards and full compliance with regulatory frameworks and company policy.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a focus on marketing and brand management. Previous experience in promoting and marketing highly regulated pharmaceutical products is required.
  • You are an entrepreneurial strong and decisive leader with great communication skills a proven track record in sales performance an excellent understanding of ethical marketing practice.
  • Understanding and indepth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in Nigeria.
  • Experience developing and establishing business and promotional partnerships
