Senior Associate-Data Analyst & Payment

Reporting to the Function Manager of VM, Payment & Billing:

1. Spearhead project implementation of invoice payment system by conducting analysis and providing continuous feedback and recommendations to minimize payment processes that require manual intervention.
2. Organize and monitor fleet payment cycle by involving in end-to-end payment process to ensure all ICs and subcontractors are paid timely adhering to payment cycle. To embark into automated payment in due course.
3. Manage all the existing FBI dashboard related to payment and performance by continuously updating the SQL scripts to generate the monthly data.
4. Develop new payment reports by using data analytic solutions (SQL and data visualization tool) to ensure high accuracy payment for ICs and subcontractors based on business needs.
5. Propose the strategic plans/programs and payment settings in the development of competitive compensation framework by conducting market research and benchmarking exercises within the industry to ensure execution of program is aligned with overall business objectives in managing the ICs/Driver.
6. Develop data analytics solutions for performance monitoring by using SQL, data visualization tools and collaborating with stakeholders from fleet to ensure the stakeholders are well-informed on the performance.
7. Provide data analysis comprehensive summaries, overview, illustration and presentation on specific performance reports and advice for management and other stakeholders, upon request.
8. Ability to take ownership or support for new billings set-up for third-party customers volume include process, reporting and monthly billing.

1. Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics from recognized university with minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-moving and competitive environment (Consulting, E-commerce, etc.)
2. Familiarity with invoice verification and invoice payment process
3. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, R, or XML). Have experience in visualization tools such as PowerBI/ QlikSense/ Tableau
4. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – and exceptional listening skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
