As a Scheduling Travel Assistant, you will play a key role in helping clients plan and coordinate their travel experiences. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel who are eager to learn the industry. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with scheduling and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to gather travel preferences and requirements
- Research and provide clients with information on travel options, destinations, and itineraries
- Handle booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations as needed
- Ensure smooth and efficient coordination of all travel details
- Support clients by answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and enhance the travel planning experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools for communication and scheduling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
- No previous travel industry experience is required training will be provided
