Company Description Verdant bioAgri LLP is a biotechnology tissue culture plants enterprise based in Bagalkot, specializing in producing superior tissue culture plants - Banana, teak, pomegranate, sugarcane, ornamental and flowering plants. With a lab capacity of 5 million plants per year, it is rapidly expanding to 25 m plants per year, to become an India top 5 enterprise in tissue culture. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Verdant bio-Agri LLP in Bagalkot. The Head of Sales will be responsible for sales strategies, team management, account management, and overall sales performance. Daily tasks will include overseeing sales operations, managing customer accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. It will involve significant travel across India Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Sales, and Sales Management skills
- Experience in Account Management and Team Management
- Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 10 years plus experience of heading sales in a reputable tissue culture company
