1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education sector in KSA.
- Analyze competitors and market dynamics to position the company strategically.
- Identify and pursue potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the corporate and education domains.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Set short-term and long-term targets for business growth in the education sector.
- Create and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
3. Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporate entities, and government organizations.
- Collaborate with local and international partners to expand the company’s offerings in the education sector.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s educational products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored campaigns for the education sector.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector or corporate services in KSA.
- Proven track record of successfully building partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of the education market in KSA, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence tools.
