Please find the job description for the role: We are seeking a Java Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with a focus on Java technologies. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design and development of Java-based applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to the development of technical architecture and design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development
- 3-6 years of experience in Java software development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with database design and SQL
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
