Job Overview: Were looking for someone to help us find and hire great people for our retail team. As a Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work closely with Stakeholders to make sure we have the right staff in place. You’ll handle everything from posting jobs to bringing new hires on board, ensuring a smooth process for everyone. Key Responsibilities: Find Candidates:
- Post job openings on websites and social media.
- Reach out to potential candidates and build a talent pool.
- Review resumes and applications to find the best fit.
- Conduct initial interviews to understand skills and suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Help finalize job offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Understand the staffing needs of each store.
- Keep managers updated on recruitment progress.
- Maintain accurate records of job postings, candidates, and hiring decisions.
- Follow company and legal guidelines during the hiring process.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar (preferred).
- Experience: 1-6 years in recruitment, ideally in retail.
- Skills:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with hiring tools (e.g., job boards, ATS) is a plus.
